Dear Colleagues,
The Long Island Allergy & Asthma Society will be hosting its next quarterly meeting on Friday, February 3rd, 2023 at The Garden City Hotel , Garden City. The event will begin at 9:30 am. This will be a non-CME workshop on patch testing.
During the training Contact Dermatitis Institute’s Medical Director, Dathan Hamann, MD, will teach the core foundations of patch testing including:
- An in-depth review of allergic contact dermatitis
- Identifying patch test patients
- Filling and applying patch test panels – hands-on
- Reading reactions
- Counseling Patients
- Reimbursement
Our agenda is at follows:
- 9:30 am- Breakfast Sign/Registration
- 10 am- Board Meeting (all welcome)
- 10:30 a.m- 12:30 -patch testing workshop begins
- 12:30-1:15 pm- Lunch
- 1:15 -3:15 pm workshop resumes
